The Brill Society

The Brill Society was formed in 1965 "to encourage interest in matters of general benefit to the village and to stimulate interest in the preservation of the beauty, history and character of Brill and its surroundings".

The Society organises regular evening talks and occasional visits. Other activities of the Brill Society include:

managing the summer opening of Brill Windmill

floodlighting the windmill at Christmas

erecting a Christmas tree on the Square

tree planting in and around the village

monitoring of local planning applications
